  • Concrete/Masonry Repairs  - repairs, waterproofing, exterior cladding

  • Elevator - upgrading, major equipment replacement

  • Landscape Maintenance - Site Maintenance, including grass cutting, litter pick-up, garbage removal, leaf removal.

  • Janitorial Services - Common area cleaning in high-rise buildings.

The Asset Renewal Department will call tenders to acquire competitive bid submissions in order to complete the above work. Bids are submitted on a specified closing date then opened and evaluated by the Asset Renewal Department. The submissions are then reviewed by the Tender Evaluation Committee for award. Upon award of the contract, the Contract Administrator supervises the work ensuring the contractor complies with the terms and conditions as specified in the tender documents.
